2023 Scholarship Trust Golf tournament
For many years, we’ve been proud to host the Bay Area SMACNA Scholarship Trust Golf Tournament at Castlewood Country Club in Pleasanton. The goal: to help students and their families meet the financial demands of a higher education by providing scholarships. Many of these students also participate in our summer internship program, learning about our industry with our contractor members.
This year’s Scholarship Trust Golf Tournament was held on the championship hilltop course. It was a beautiful, sunny day with more than 150 attendees, including volunteers, golfers, staff and associate members. Golfers checked in and were greeted with a warm breakfast and gift bag. Many also purchased raffle tickets for a chance to win donated prizes, including autographed sports memorabilia and Bay Area SMACNA swag. The day of golf was followed by dinner, raffle drawings and the announcement of the day’s winners.
Many thanks go to all our participating contractor and associate members, event donors, volunteers and Castlewood staff who donated their time and money to make this year’s tournament another success!
Each year, there are a variety of different challenges and competitions throughout the course. Congratulations to this year’s winners!
