Join us in congratulating Phill Phillips of Southland Industries on becoming the 2024-2025 CAL SMACNA President!
Phill Phillips dedicated almost 45 years to a career in construction, covering mechanical and general contracting across various projects, including hospitals, office buildings, mission-critical facilities, bio-pharmaceutical sites, educational institutions, high-rise residential buildings, manufacturing and hotel/casino resorts.
In his role as Vice President/Operations Manager at Southland Industries, he oversees the quality, budget integrity and timely execution of all projects in Northern California. Additionally, he serves as the peer advocate for all operations managers nationwide at Southland Industries. Previously, he held positions as director-at-large on the Board of Bay Area SMACNA, and served as past president of Northern California MCA.
After nearly three decades of service at Southland, Phill reflected on his remarkable career.
