CPR And First Aid Training
The March 22 Bay Area SMACNA CPR/First Aid class was well attended, with 30 students receiving their CPR/First Aid certifications. During the session, students were taught various techniques like CPR for children and adults, AED usage, oxygen administration and preventing choking incidents. Upon completion of the training, students departed with the necessary knowledge, abilities and self-assurance to potentially save a life.
CPR and First-Aid cards are valid for two years. There was no cost for SMWIA Local 104 members, managers or office staff to attend the training.
