Your firm’s affiliation with Bay Area SMACNA also enrolls you as a member of CAL SMACNA and SMACNA National. CAL SMACNA provides state regulatory and legislative needs, along with group insurance. CAL SMACNA also provides a comprehensive safety manual to assist firms in complying with CAL OSHA’s Injury Prevention Program (SB-198). SMACNA National provides services as listed in the Products & Services Guide, as well as a gratis set of SMACNA Technical Manuals applicable to your business operations.

MARKETING BUDGET
Marketing budget for industry promotion logo wear from LogoBoss, safety products and educational materials. The budget is based on each firms’ hours worked. Letters go out each year to all firms letting you know your budget and how to be reimbursed.
LABOR RELATIONS
Labor relations representation with SMWIA Local 104 and its administration.
ONGOING REGULATORY ADVOCACY
Ongoing regulatory advocacy at the local, state and national levels.
