Instructors Model Continual Learning and Development

 

As every contractor knows, keeping ahead of the curve on the latest technology, regulatory changes and best leadership practices are a few of the many ways to ensure a competitive edge. At the sheet metal apprenticeship training centers, instructors are also continually learning through an investment in their education through the International Training Institute (iTi), which caters to the sheet metal industry and through other outside sources. This enables them to continually strive to provide a best-in-class training program that develops apprentices to meet current and future market needs.
