Project Management Program
We’re excited to announce a successful Project Management Program, held for the first time in our new training room! Students representing 16 contractor member companies attended the six-week program that ran from September 26 to October 26.
This program was designed to equip students with the skills needed to successfully orchestrate people, resources and the tasks to execute projects on time and within budget. Our experienced instructors guided students through case studies, simulations and interactive sessions to help them gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience in project management.
Throughout the course, students learned how to develop better relationships with internal and external customers by effectively communicating project progress, managing stakeholder expectations and delivering results that meet their needs. Additionally, students benefited from networking opportunities with other professionals in the field and were given access to resources to help them continue to develop their skills beyond the course.
We’re extremely proud of our graduates for their hard work and dedication to the program. We believe their newly acquired skills will undoubtedly benefit their organizations and help them advance in their careers.
