Remembering Bill Last
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of longtime colleague, William “Bill” Last, Jr. in February.
Bill was a highly regarded attorney in the Bay Area for more than 40 years, and a valued associate member. He founded Last & Faoro as a full-service construction law firm committed to providing quality legal representation and litigation support to contractors, subcontractors, developers, property owners, lenders, businesses, suppliers and design professionals. He was particularly instrumental in contract law. Bill was also recognized throughout his career as a Super Lawyer, a Fellow in the Construction Lawyers Society of America, a mediator and arbitrator on the Arbitration Works panel and a member of several construction trade associations.
Bill will be remembered as a dynamic industry leader and a family man to the fullest. His presence will be greatly missed. Our sincere condolences go out to his wife, Kathy, and his children and grandchildren.
